THE PLATEAU'S HIDDEN SIDE
Confidences about sound and lighting...
Created in November 2013
How does a director exploit technical and scenic possibilities of the stage? Jérémie Le Louët reveals to the audience all that contributes to giving meaning to a production, outside the script itself: the light, the sound and the directing.
It is not a question of assisting the operation of a set or adjusting projectors, but the substantial exploration of the pullet of technical and “scenographic” options available to the director whilst producing a play.
Joined by a technical manager and an actor from our theatre group, Jérémie Le Louët adjusts stage parameters of light, sound and acting constraints, in order to enable the audience to understand the choices made while directing, as well as their significance in the making of a show.
