The collection and processing of personal data

Dramaticules may collect and process, with your prior agreement, the following items of information :
– Title,
– Surname and first name,
– Email address,
– Telephone number.
This data is obtained via the recording of information entered during the newsletter inscription procedure, the creation of a professional space or in response to any contact you have made with Dramaticules via the dedicated form.

The processing of personal data

In accordance with French guidelines for the protection of personal data (Règlement Général de la Protection des Données), the processing is this data by Dramaticules is intended for the following puroposes :
– The agreed provision of information in relation to Dramaticules latest news (art.6.1.a from Regulation (UE) 2016/679 by the European Parliament and Council dated 27 April 2016),
– The agreed provision of information in relation to Dramaticules activities (art.6.1.a from Regulation (UE) 2016/679 by the European Parliament and Council dated 27 April 2016),
– The compiling of statistical studies that contribute to the improvement of Dramaticules activities (art.6.1.a from Regulation (UE) 2016/679 by the European Parliament and Council dated 27 April 2016).

Access to your personal data is strictly limited to the Dramaticules administrative team, and if need be, to Work of substance, the web developer of this site, in relation to its provision, use and maintenance. The above-mentioned sub-contractors are subject to a confidentiality agreement and cannot use your data. Apart from these cases, Dramaticules agrees not to sell, rent, yield or give access to any third parties your personal data, without your prior agreement.

Any personal information is conserved during the lifespan of Dramaticules.
