Noémie Guedj
Noémie Guedj is the general director of the Compagnie des Dramaticules, which she created with Jérémie Le Louët in 2002. Between 2002 and 2004, she’s an actress in the company’s first creations. At the same time, she was in charge of production and distribution. In 2014, she decided to devote herself fully to the management of the Dramaticules, such as its administration, its diffusion and its development strategy. She then embarked on a training course on social, administrative, partnership and communicative aspects. Due to the diversity of the projects and partners of the Dramaticules, Noémie Guedj is brought to exchange with interlocutors of all horizons, coming from various networks: theatres, museums, community centres, multimedia libraries, schools, companies, inhabitants, state, regional authorities, etc. The rapid and constant development of the company leads her to acquire miscellaneous skills: financial structuring of productions, budget management, accounting input and monitoring, seeking public and private financing, as well as relations with tutors and partners, social management, reception and public relations or communication. Nowadays, she manages a team of two permanent and fifteen or so intermittents : dramatic artists and technicians, the same for many years. Passionate about project development and teamwork, her background makes her an interlocutor connected to all the issues of managing a cultural structure. The Compagnie des Dramaticules celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2022.
